"We had called multiple (recommended) companies prior to contacting High Plains for a pumping service. All were either giving extremely long lead time or didn’t answer the phones at all. Lisa at High Plains answered our call and worked with us on scheduling a service within a week. She quoted us a price based on a county record of our system size however later on the same day they reached out to us to explain that their research had found that our system had been replaced with a larger system. They wanted to verify that we still wanted the service based on the new information and pricing. The price quoted was still in line with the rate discussed on the first call.
They communicated with us on the day of the appointment due to bad weather but we’re still able to make it ON TIME! The whole staff was polite and respectful to my wife and the service techs were even nice to our dogs. The service was completed in less than an hour and we were given multiple options for payment. The whole experience was polite, organized, affordable and timely.
We will definitely continue to use High Plains"

"Was in a time crunch to get some septic repairs and bring my old system upto code so I could sell. Of course it was pouring rain everyday for weeks. The guys came out early and knocked it all out before the afternoon storm came through. Guys doing the dirty work were great to work with and the ladies in the office were on the ball with scheduling. Would definitely recommend."

"These guys came out to clean out my septic tank and found that something was installed incorrectly in the tank. They could easily gotten another $1000 worth of business from me to fix the problem, instead they called the county to find out who installed the system, then called that company and told them they needed to fix what they had installed wrong, then called me back to tell me to expect a call in a few days from that company to schedule a time for them to come over and fix my tank. Wow! So grateful for these guys!"
