"High Plains Sanitation has been nothing short of incredible. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and reliability were top-notch. I want to especially highlight Kim, who went above and beyond for us. She was unbelievably understanding, flexible, and made the entire process smooth when we needed help the most. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to accommodate every detail—Kim did exactly that."

"High Plains and S&S walked us through the whole process of a septic tank inspection with the need for a replacement tank. The stressful process was made easier by having these wonderful folks walk us through the process and explain what all needed to be done. Thanks so much!"

"I needed my septic pumped and it needed to be done around another contractor’s timeline. High Plains fit me in within a couple of days and I was able to meet the other contractor’s deadline as well. This makes the second time that I’ve used them and they have consistently provided fast, friendly service that was actually a little better priced than a competitor that I used to compare pricing. I highly recommend them."

"High Plains Sanitation is awesome! We had to have our septic system pumped per CO law as we are selling our house. They came out within the week after we called them and when it was discovered that we actually needed a new tank, they worked with the contractor to do everything that needed to be done. I would highly recommend them for any service needed for your septic system."
