"They claim "Excellence without Exception" and they absolutely live up this! We were in the process of selling our home in Colorado and moving to Florida. The county requires a septic certification prior to any sale. We had a short timeline and these folks met every deadline. Even my realtor was highly impressed. They found some issues with the system and also found an excavator to come in and get the work done ahead of the closing. The price was exactly what they quoted, the work was done exactly when they said it would be and all the required county/state documents were completed, approved and provided to the title company on time. Since we were already in Florida, this was a very stressful time but Jeff, Lisa and Kim at High Plains made it a smooth process and took much of the stress out of the situation.
