"I recently needed to have my septic system pumped and inspected to sell my home. I originally called Suc-N-Up as they had pumped it once before. Their guy came out, refused to even come into my driveway because of the snow and didn't bother doing any of the inspection. He didn't even call me until a week later. I do NOT recommend Suc-N-Up. So I called HPSS and they came out the next day. Turns out I need a new tank. I'm sure glad they actually braved the snow that shows up every winter in Colorado and did the inspection. Throughout the process they were quick, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend High Plains Sanitation."

"High Plains has always come through for us and did once again. We recently had a sewage back up into our house at the same time that we were heading out of town. We scheduled a service call for the following Monday, but High Plains called us back and said that they would be out that day! We are extremely grateful for their quick action and honesty as to what the problem was, since we were out of town. We will continue to use High Plains as our go to company for our septic needs. They are honest and reliable!"
